Welcome to FullAthlete (“we,” “our,” “us,” or the “Platform”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

User eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an entity, you also represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Health & safety disclaimer

FullAthlete provides general fitness information and adaptive training suggestions; it is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program. You assume full responsibility for training safely and within your ability, and you use the Platform’s recommendations at your own risk.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Platform in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You may not engage in any activity that:

  • Violates any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Breaches these Terms or any other policies or guidelines we provide.
  • Compromises the security, integrity, or availability of the Platform.

Intellectual property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FullAthlete and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FullAthlete and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from and against any claims or demands arising out of your use of the Platform or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the changes.
